Nicola Rayner is a qualified Norland Nanny, with a BA (Hons) in Early Years Development and Learning and over 14 years experience caring for children with a wide range of needs. 

This session is an opportunity to get your behaviour questions answered. Perhaps you’re wondering why your child is behaving the way they are? Maybe you’ve tried some strategies but want to know why they aren’t working? Or would you like some new strategies to try?

From defiance and meltdowns to clinginess and fussy eating, Nicola specialises in finding solutions to your problems. With so many years’ experience, all her strategies are tried and tested, so you can be confident they will be effective in the short term and benefit your child’s wellbeing in the long term.

You don’t need to come for the whole session, just drop in with your question anytime. And of course, your little ones are very welcome too!
