Nina Zenovya hosts a Masterclass in Canapés at The West Wycombe Walled Garden, where she will teach you how to create a selection of 6 canapés.

Nina has travelled the world, serving up her creations to some of the most discerning palettes. She loves colourful, beautiful food and believes that a canapé should be no more than one bite, but no less delicious than a full meal. 

You will learn how to prepare, serve and garnish each recipe, with styling demonstrations and tips for best results. There will be a short section for hands on work, where guests can roll their sleeves up have a go themselves.

Guests will pause mid way through the masterclass for a light dinner. Wine will be available to purchase on the night. 

After dinner, there will be a Q&A session with Nina.
